ORDERS & DELIVERY

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

In case of prepaid orders we strive to ship the products as soon as possible. We strive to deliver the product within 7 days of purchase. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we ensure that the product reaches to you within 10-12 days of purchase.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped you are provided with a tracking id. You can trace the status by entering the tracking id on the courier partner weblink or can call/mail us directly.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account.

What if I am not available to receive my order?

Your order is usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.
An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to Punk warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery.
The order will be cancelled and your refund as store credit, if any, will be processed within 7 days.



PAYMENTS

Can I pay with my debit card, credit card or net banking?

Yes, you can place online orders.

What is the process for Cash on Delivery(COD)?

– All Cash on Delivery orders will be processed after confirming the order with the customer.
– If you want to know whether your area is serviceable for COD, you can call us at 0120-3843078 or mail us at customercare@punkindia.com and provide your PIN code. We will inform you about the availability of COD option in your area.

Can I pay with my card instead of cash for a Cash on Delivery order?

No. We only accept cash for COD orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the return policy at Punk ?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Punk, you can return the product to us. Returns are applicable only in the case when the size doesn’t fits in or we have by mistake deliver a wrong size.
Please note that we only offer returns, NO REFUNDS in the form of cash will be issued by Punk. Refunds, if any will be issued in the form of store credits only.

To return an order, write to our customer care at customercare@punkindia.com or call us at 0120-3843078.

The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.

At the time of returning order, you can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.

Be sure to retain one copy of our invoice and proof of dispatch (issued by your courier service provider).

What is the exchange policy at Punk?

We would love to exchange your product for a new colour and/or size.

You can book an exchange order by calling our customer care number 0120-3843078 or by writing to us at customercare@punkindia.com. Please note that exchange requests will be subject to the availability of requested product and shipping charges will NOT be borne by us.

How will I receive my refund?

In case of order cancellation, the total order amount would be refunded only in the form of store credits. No cash payment/transfer will be issued by us in any case.
