How much time it takes to deliver our orders?
In case of prepaid orders we strive to ship the products as soon as possible.
We strive to deliver the product within 7 days of purchase.
However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we ensure that the product reaches to you within 10-12 days of purchase.
What if I don't like the product?
We offer easy returns and exchanges. You can simply contact our customer support and they will place your exchange immediately with your desired product and your order will be returned and exchanged within 15-20 days time.
What payments modes do you have?
We have both offline and online payment modes.
But we advise you to go with online payment modes so you can save money on shipping.
As, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed via online payment modes.
You can also place your order with COD ( Cash On Delivery ) but there is a minimum fee that will be charged on the shipping.
What is the refund procedure?
We offer refunds in the form of store credits.
These store credits are added to your account on the store.
You can use these store credits whenever you want and the price of the product will be reduced based on the value of store credits.

Does the product shown in the images similar to when it is delivered?
Absolutely Yes!
The product that you are seeing in the image is exactly what is going to be delivered to you. A very little difference maybe there because images don't interpret the actual product but 99.9% of what you see is what we deliver at your doorstep.
How is the product quality?
All our products are made up of 100% cotton ( No mixing, totally pure cotton ).
We don't compromise on the quality of our products and never will.

How can I check my product shipping status?
Head over to our tracking order page, and type in your unique "tracking id" provided to you in the order confirmation email.
I want to return the product, but don't know where to go?
We have a dedicated return/exchange page where you can fill up the form and tap on submit to send us a return request.
Once we receive your request, we will start the return process. We usually reply to queries within 24 hours.
Our return process takes 15-20 days.
I mistakenly order a wrong size, can I cancel it and order a fresh one?
